Ingredients

Serves : 6
  • 1 cup whole wheat flour


  • 1/2 cup and 1 tablespoon sugar powder


  • 2 tablespoon milk powder


  • 1 teaspoon baking powder


  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda


  • 1 and 1/4 cup milk


  • 1/4 cup oil


  • 2 tablespoon curd


  • 1 teaspoon sprig vanilla essence


  • 2 cup wheapped cream


  • 1 teaspoon coloured balls for garnish

Directions

  • In a mixing bowl sieve wheat flour,milk powder,sugar powder,baking soda,baking powder,twice.
  • In another bowl add milk,curd,oil,vanilla essence,mix well,
  • Now add dry ingredients in wet ingredients 2_2 tablespoon mix by cut and fold method and make ribbin consistency better
  • Now pore this mixture in greased tin,tap twice,bake in preheat oven for 25_30 min.on 180 degree.
  • Then cool it completely and demould it
  • Now apply whipped cream and sprinkle coloured balls.
  • Serve chilled.
